Postage and Handling
Charges for all destinations depend on product weight and destination. The postage fee will be calculated and shown to you before you enter your payment details.
Delivery
Normal delivery times are anticipated as follows, however, goods may arrive sooner rather than later:
UK = 4 days
Western Europe = 5 days (Airmail)
Eastern Europe = 6 days (Airmail)
USA = 7 days (Airmail)
If a large USA, or European, order makes the delivery cost unacceptably high, you have the option of emailing info@ajnatherapies.co.uk to request a price for delivering the goods via Surface Mail and purchasing via phone.
Pricing & Payment
Unless otherwise stated all prices shown are in Pounds Sterling, however, payment may be made in British Pounds, US Dollars or Euros.
If preferred, orders can also be placed via post. Cheques should be made payable to Ajna Therapies and posted to:

Please include the Product Name, Item Number, your delivery address, and your email or telephone number.
If the price displayed is wrong (too high or too low) due to human error, we reserve the right to adjust the price. If you have just completed a purchase, we will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel your order and receive a full refund, or proceed with the order at the correct price.
While all care has been taken in making available and maintaining the Currency Conversion Rates displayed on this site, such conversion rates are estimates only of currency conversions that may apply to a transaction. These rates are provided for information purposes only without express or implied warranty. The Currency Conversion Rates should not be relied upon as actual currency conversion rates that may be applied to any particular transaction as such rates will frequently fluctuate over time and vary between various financial providers.
Your Right to Cancel and Claim a Refund
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order and claim a full refund at any time after you place your order and up to seven working days after you receive the goods. If you wish to do this please contact us in writing via post or email. We will make the refund as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days.
If you exercise your right to cancel your order after we have sent the goods, we will pay for the return postage if they are defective, of poor quality, mis-described or not fit for their purpose, otherwise you must send them back to us at your own expense.
Due to health issues, refunds will not be given for earrings.
Refunds will be given in the format the goods were originally paid for.
If We Have Problems Fulfilling Your Order
If for any reason we cannot fulfil your order we will contact you to give you the choice of cancelling your order, amending it, or waiting for the items you ordered to come into stock as appropriate.
